I have always believed that buying or selling a home is much more than a transaction - it is a highly personal and significant life event! My commitment to each client I serve is to maintain the highest degree of professionalism and integrity, to guarantee exceptional service and expertise, and to advocate tirelessly for my clients' needs throughout all aspects of the buying or selling process. I listen intently and ask lots of questions.....I aim to establish a relationship with my clients that will allow me to deliver the best possible results. I am grateful to have built my business through people who know and trust me - and through the gracious referrals of former clients and friends.

In my 9 years as a REALTOR®, I have developed customized strategies that have put my buyers and sellers in the most favorable position based on their unique goals & current market conditions. From single famiy homes and luxury condos to farmland and investment properties, the opportunities to serve my clients have been as varied as their individual real estate needs. It has been an honor and a privledge to walk alongside families and individuals as they have searched for that perfect place to call home, or sold a property that has been a meaningful part of their lives.

I was first drawn to real estate after overseeing my own family's moves multiple times. Searching for homes in five states, buying and selling eleven times, and navigating many choices relative to schools, churches and communities showed me the value a trusted real estate advisor can have with the process. My family and I have called Nashville home for over 12 years, and I love being part of this thriving community and beautiful place!

I have a business degree from Indiana University and began my career initially in the banking industry. Prior to becoming a REALTOR®, I enjoyed extensive volunteer work over the years with my childrens' schools & sports teams, my church and our community, Spending time with my family and friends, traveling, reading, and long walks are my joys:)

She worked for us constantly in a very competitive market to find us a temporary investment house to flip and then back into Brentwood in a smaller home (which is very difficult to do!) She was very diligent and on top of all the contracts and negotiations that we had to go through because of a hitch in our buyer's buyer unexpectedly not being ready on the day of closing.
